For example, non-profit directors and program coordinators from a variety of industries (including libraries) have found the content useful.
What themes or discussion topics do you hope librarians highlight when recommending the book?
The core message is: "If you can define it, you can measure it. If you can measure it, you can achieve it. And, you can measure anything!" So the discussion topic would be, what seems hard-to-define and hard-to-measure that is limiting success or preventing goal attainment? Once you clarify it (using the book framework), your school community or organization can measure progress toward achieving it - can see real results!
