Four heavily made-up, mean-spirited, tough 11-year-old girls are "masterclappers" and can play those cool hand-clapping games. Four younger girls want to learn but are given the brush-off by the she-bullies. The little gals decide to get an expensive video camera, tape the mean girls doing their thing, and eventually learn to "clap" so well they beat the finger-nail polish right off the older girls leaving everyone friends at the end. Yeah, right. Totally unbelievable; plus the moves were too fast and sing-song rhythms not quite clear enough to pass as instruction. An optional purchase. Aud: E, I, P. (N. Plympton)
