Marching to the beat of a different drum, this "children's contemporary gospel music video" offers snippets of gospel history in a classroom setting and nine gospel music videos (eight original compositions and the traditional favorite "He's Got the Whole World in His Hands"). Unfortunately, the history is not engagingly presented--a teacher with a notebook delivers brief almanac-like facts--and the music videos feature children playing in a classroom/recess yard setting, an unimaginative, though admittedly low-budget, way to present the visuals.
