A friendly introduction to the world of kid gymnastics targeted at preschoolers and older kids alike, It's About Gymnastics features a half-dozen delightful girls who lead viewers through the nuts and bolts of gymnastics, ranging from the beginners' skills of concentrating on developing balance and strength to the more experienced work on the balance beam and parallel bars. In addition to covering the basics, the program also addresses issues of safety and developing style.
