Bouncy tunes, the colorful backdrop of the Chicago Children's Museum, and a crew of enthusiastic kids combine to offer a vigorous half-hour workout, with warm-up, low and high intensity sessions, stretching exercises and a cool-down. So what's not to like? Two things; one minor, one major. As is often the case in exercise videos (whether aimed at kids or adults), the camera sometimes resembles Rimsky-Korsakov's bumblebee: flight(y). Of greater concern, however, is the poor audio mixing which often leaves viewers straining to hear instructors Nick and Lisa over the background songs. An optional purchase. Aud: K, P. (R. Pitman)
