LeapFrog: Letter Factory

Preschoolers may be "ribbeted" by this animated music program featuring amphibian siblings Leap, Lily, and Tad--popular characters from the LeapFrog brand of educational products. The trio want to help their dad pitch a talking alphabet book to his boss, Mr. Websley, but everything isn't ducky: a disheartened Tad thinks he is too young to learn the alphabet and help with the presentation. Thankfully, Professor Quigley gives Tad a guided tour of the Letter Factory, where, to the tune of "Farmer in the Dell," he learns the sounds each letter makes. From digging "d's" and vibrating "v's" to catching "z's," visual representations add to the phonics fun in this sure to be popular program. Recommended.
