Ashley Tisdale (of High School Musical fame) provides the voice for titular teen witch Sabrina Spellman in this flashy CGI-animated movie from the Hub Network series based on the classic Archie Comics character. Sabrina balances her double life in a magic realm (where she hones her skills, along with fellow supernatural students) and the human world (living with her wacky witchy aunts and attending regular high school). This latest adventure features some differences from the usual Sabrina storyline: here, talking cat Salem isn't a true friend and is actually working as a spy for evil Head Witch Enchantra; longtime heartthrob Harvey is now a dork and Sabrina is more into his friend Jim; and aunts Zelda and Hilda run a bakery shop. A Witch and the Werewolf centers on Harvey, who is excited about dressing up for a horror movie until a cursed jacket turns him into a hairy beast. Friends and foes between the worlds bounce back and forth to help and hinder the situation, with everything tied up neatly thanks to a convenient time reversal and a cure. Bonus features include a music video. Recommended. Aud: P. (J. Williams-Wood)
