Sing Along Prayers with Li'l Angelina

Based on the CD-ROM of the same name, this animated program featuring the illustrations of Jo Ann Ang-Hulsey presents 11 contemporary Christian sing-along prayers (with onscreen lyrics) written by Thomas P. Kavanaugh and Maureen O'Connor Kavanaugh. Li'l Angelina (an angel) and her cat, Clawed, lead multiethnic children as they praise God and Jesus while performing daily activities in these prayers featuring themes such as asking for forgiveness (Clawed is shown misbehaving), praying for loved ones, and giving thanks for life's gifts. Definitely geared towards preschool children, the video combines humor (supplied by the cat) and music help to illuminate basic religious and ethical tenets certain to appeal to Christian families.
