Sing Along Songs: Brother Bear, On My Way

Leading off with Phil Collins' admittedly bouncy "On My Way"--from Disney's lackluster latest, Brother Bear--this edition of the popular Disney Sing Along Songs series boasts a mixed bag of new and old in its nine-song set. Hosted by Brother Bear characters Rutt and Tuke (Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas, respectively), the song/film clips--presented with onscreen lyrics--include "Welcome" (also from Brother Bear), "Go the Distance" (Hercules), "I'm Still Here" (Treasure Planet's rock ballad from the Goo Goo Dolls' Johnny Rzeznik), and "Following the Leader" (Peter Pan). Barrel-bottom scraping numbers from direct-to-video releases 101 Dalmations II and Stitch!: The Movie are also included, but "Digga Tunnah" (from the DTV-release The Lion King 1 ½) has a pleasant Ladysmith Black Mambazo-like vibe. Something went wrong with "On the Open Road" (A Goofy Movie), however, as the image is noticeably blurry.
