A terrific title that aims to reassure kids newly diagnosed with diabetes that they are not alone, I Have Diabetes Too assures young viewers that others in their peer group with diabetes have fun lives and can even give themselves injections and take their own glucose levels. While not intended to be a technical exploration, the program does a great job of presenting kids from various backgrounds talking about life with diabetes while also showing footage of them engaged in everyday activities and managing their diabetes. Professionally produced and designed for families, schools, camps, healthcare organizations, and support groups, this short program is a winner. Highly recommended. [Note: Kids With Differences: The Series (featuring three short films on one disc) is also newly available.] Aud: K, E, I, J, P. (L. Stevens)
