Paris: Three Perfect Days? Three perfectly BREATHLESS days. Imagine trying to cover a city like Paris in such a short time and hit all the obvious spots, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Bastille, and The Louvre, as well as the special spots the natives recommend--you'd end up with sore feet and a sour disposition. But this video, hosted by Lauren Hutton, tries to do just that, covering approximately a dozen places in each day's itinerary. I was left dazzled but a bit dizzy after the endless parade of glittering restaurants, museums, galleries, shops, and cafes, picturing myself in sensible sneakers and a stopwatch jogging down the Champs-Élysée trying to keep up the pace. Lots of lovely scenery, stylish people and perfect weather fill the screen, but there's not much time to linger. Paris deserves three perfect weeks, not days. Still, this inexpensive title will make a popular addition to the travel video shelves. Other titles in the Three Perfect Days series include: Miami, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, New York and Honolulu.
