With the defense cutbacks coming in the wake of the collapse of the Soviet Union, the Air Force has had to find ingenious ways of securing funding for programs many people feel are obsolete. Their success in these ventures, along with insight into the incredible training given the young pilots who are placed in control of the new generation of bombers and fighters, forms the basis of this highly informative and educational video that takes a close-up look at classified projects.
