Perhaps this crude pseudo-documentary was subversive, cutting-edge satire in 1971. Today, it is, dare I say it, rather limp. Buck Henry is the most recognizable cast member and his deadpan interviews are best (Sex with a vegetable? "For me, it was fine, for the vegetable exquisite"). You can fast-forward through visits to the Bureau of Sexological Investigation, a nudist colony, a porn set and the International Sex Bowl. There is ample male and female full frontal nudity, little of it remotely erotic. In man-on-the-street interviews, senior citizens are asked embarrassing questions about the birds and the bees. That must have had the hippies rolling in the aisles. Not recommended. (K. Lee Benson)
