To call this immeasurably terrible movie "stupid and nonsensical" would be an insult to stupid and nonsensical movies. Bob Clark's sequel (to his universally reviled 1999 film Baby Geniuses) revolves around a creepy, perpetually childlike superhero named Kahuna, who battles a media mogul (Jon Voight) bent on broadcasting a mind-altering signal to kids over his satellite network (as if TV weren't already doing precisely this every Saturday morning). On the side of good, Kahuna is aided by a quartet of diaper-clad tots who communicate among themselves with "baby talk" (which bears little resemblance to actual baby talk). The kids are all played by frighteningly precocious and cute identical twins and triplets, while Voight, who had been enjoying something of a comeback, hits a low spot. Not recommended. (M. Johanson)
