Tarzan and the Lost City

Let's put it this way: I'd rather watch Tarzan, the Ape Man starring Miles O'Keefe and Bo Derek. Starship Troopers hunk Casper Van Dien stars as John Clayton, heir to the Greystoke estate, who on the eve of his wedding, receives telepathic messages from (apparently) a lion, that bounty hunters are terrorizing the natives. Jack returns to Africa, sheds his clothes, unleashes his inner ape, and rallies his animal friends to foil the efforts of the evil Nigel Ravens (Steven Waddington), who is searching for the legendary hidden city of Opar. No question, the worst film of the year; inept on every level. Not recommended. (K. Lee Benson)
