This moderately-paced workout combines ballet stretches with elements of Pilates and yoga, with the goal of elongating the muscles to help build fitness. In a dimly-lit studio with a shadowy pink lighting scheme, Leah Sarago works in a ballet barre (which is not actually incorporated into the routine), offering instructions in voiceover. The workout progresses from standing warm-ups to mat work, wrapping up with cool-down stretches. The moves here incorporate several variations of leg lifts, lunges, and arm stretches, many of which require significant balance and strength, making them best suited for medium and upper skill levels. While the low light in the studio and ever-changing camera angles occasionally make it difficult to focus on some moves, this is recommended, overall.
