The 'hinge' of business transactions, the "negotiation" is broken down into its component parts and examined by Thomas L. Brown, Ph.D. Focusing on the areas of content, style, and process in the negotiation, Dr. Brown mixes one part common sense to three parts jargon for the better part of an hour to inform viewers that negotiating is a two-way street, and successful negotiation comes of remembering to look both ways before you cross [our analogy]. Instead Dr. Brown asks you to "issue think", "dual think", and "trans think" (that is "transform think", meaning be prepared to adapt to the changing situation in a negotiation). Still, there is a measurable void in the area of popular-priced business tapes, and many patrons may well feel at home with the gobbledygook which litters this lecture. Recommended, where there are strong business collections. (Available from: Soundleader Inc., 6351 Yarrow Dr.-Suite E, Carlsbad, CA 92008).

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
