Roberta Bergman, rated one of the top ten aerobics teachers, is the host for this aerobics program for people who suffer from chronic back pain. Divided into two parts, the first half of the tape covers a number of exercises centering on the neck, shoulders, pelvis, legs, and back, specifically designed to lengthen and strengthen the back muscles. Particular care is taken to move "one vertebrae at a time" in many of the exercises. The second part of the tape is a fairly standard treatment of stress reduction techniques. There have been a relative flood of back pain tapes to hit the market during the past two years; if you don't have either Recover Back Pain or Say Goodbye to Back Pain (the latter going into consider able detail about the nature of back pain, which Bodyformula does not), you may want to consider this tape. Recommended.
