Other sauces include: Mornay, Light Mushroom, Lemon-Dill, Honey-Mustard, English Mint, Tartar, Fruit, and Chocolate. Inexpensive (buying 12 or more titles in the 30 volume-plus series brings the unit price down to $12), easy to follow, and very subject specific, Simple Sauces fills a niche. Plus there's a nice plug for using the library at the end of the program! Highly recommended.
