Archetypal blonde and bubbly South Beach instructor Lena Pereira serves up a solid and succinct exercise program designed to help viewers focus on specific body areas for improvement in Bikini Body. Bookended by general warm-up and cool-down segments, the three 10-minute dance-style workouts here target “Belly” (featuring a variety of cardio moves and floor abs isolations), “Buns” (including various squats, lunges, and lifts), and “Thighs” (focusing on both inner and outer thighs). Although the already-irritatingly-bikini-ready “Crunch ladies” backing up Pereira hardly break a sweat, and some of the moves are borderline music video vixen (“the Beyonce step” and “diva arms” anyone?), these energetic bite-sized workouts are a good fit for time-constrained viewers.
