This addition to the dance-centric exercise-lite series features instruction from Kimberly Miguel Mullen. Showcasing hip-isolation moves and the cardio “road march,” Carnaval Workout kicks off with a warm-up that segues into a calypso “Wind It Up!” segment with butterfly and snake arm moves, celebration turns, and undulations. Soca music is featured in “Step It Up!,” which includes a hip wiggle, alternate leg dips, front and side kicks, and kick backs, and in “Jump Up!”, which is comprised of marching, step-cross combos, and windmill, sailor, and U-shaped rainbow moves.
