Despite the rather lurid title, this inexpensive (and inexpensively made) program offers a sensible guide for parents regarding basic adjustments for children using computer workstations. With the rise of repetitive stress injuries, muscular and skeletal problems (from poor posture) and increased eyestrain, parents need to ensure that their children are both properly situated in front of the computer and that they take frequent rest and stretch breaks. Viewers will learn about chair adjustment, keyboard angle, monitor placement and recommended lighting, among other helpful tips. Although it's a low-budget effort, the information will certainly help concerned parents and ultimately benefit their children. Recommended. Aud: E, I, J, P. (R. Pitman)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
