Ei Ei Yoga

Usually, yoga tapes feature healthy young yuppies stretching their legs and resting their heels comfortably on their foreheads, while soothing new age music softly plays in the background. Very Zen. Now picture a barnyard setting where flexible farmer Yogi Oki Doki (in jeans) is singing and dancing with an overgrown rooster named Rasta and talking to a cow wearing a flowered hat. Changes the karma a bit doesn't it? What is interesting here is that in the midst of all this foolishness yoga instructor Oki Doki is teaching 25 yoga postures, flexibility, balance and, most importantly, proper breathing technique to a group of children.
