ENVYgirls features (we're told in an introduction) SUPER girls with SUPER powers whose mission is to get the whole world in shape, an admittedly lofty goal from the producers of…um…Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease. Filmed in beautiful Yelapa, Mexico, these four fast-paced and focused “workouts for the spots that really count” are presented on four discs (which, frankly, could have easily been squeezed onto one). Each program shares the same warm-up session, followed by a 20-minute primary workout, a five-minute “Quick Fix” blast, and special features such as training tips and correct postures from choreographer Michael Carson. The set covers all of the hot spots—“Eliana's Abs of Envy,” “Natasha's Buns of Envy,” “Vala's Legs of Envy” (Vala's real name is Kara Monaco, 2006 Playmate of the Year), and “Yvette's Arms of Envy”—and is likely to appeal to viewers whose goals include a body to die for.
