Designed by Valerie Sayce, a physical therapist at the Arthritis Foundation of Victoria, this exercise "how-to" is aimed at the almost 40,000,000 Americans who have some form of arthritis. Basically a series of nine low-impact aerobics exercises performed by people with arthritis, the program often uses a chair for support. The obligatory relaxation/visualization session closes the workout. This is a good program targeted toward a specific audience, and is recommended for libraries without similar fare.

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
