Exploring God's Purpose for Your Life

Designed to promote spiritual maturity in young adults, this program addresses six topics: “God Has a Purpose in Your Life,” “Seeking God,” “Obstacles to Hearing God,” “Trusting God,” “Making Decisions,” and “Steps of Faith.” Introduced by Matt, a college graduate studying to be a monk, each segment opens with a group discussion in progress, followed by a series of informal testimonials by a well-chosen variety of role models, including an MIT techie/Christian communications guru, an African-American social worker, an Ivy League artist/nun, and a young woman struggling with a high-risk pregnancy. Each segment concludes with a "teaser" question that serves as a springboard for further group discussion and activities as outlined in the accompanying study guide.
