A funky aerobic dance routine, primarily aimed at teens, Fancy Feet features Stefan Wisnek and a group of early to late teens working through common aerobic dance steps like the grapevine, box step, and fat-walk, while offering the standard exhortations to the viewing audience ("let's go," "you got it," pick your favorite). While the exercise routine is reasonably well orchestrated, the camera-work leaves something to be desired; the instructor's feet, for instance, are occasionally cut out of the picture. The program also fails to mention that viewers should check their pulse either during or just after an aerobics workout lasting a half-hour or longer. A Food Guide Pyramid chart is enclosed, though there's no detailed discussion of healthy eating on the video. An optional purchase for larger fitness collections. Aud: P.

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
