Gettin' down with her bad self (note the newly pierced navel) and four motor-running girlfriends, Tamilee Webb kicks out the jams in this fast and infectious workout to old favorites such as “Signed, Sealed, Delivered,” “I Can't Help Myself,” “Nowhere to Run,” “Uptight,” “This Old Heart of Mine,” and “I Heard It Through the Grapevine.” All that's missing is the hairbrush mics as viewers follow the dance steps and sing along with these up-tempo classics. While Tamilee's singing voice will never be confused with Diana Ross's, stuck-in-a-muzak-rut exercise fans will be 'supremely' delighted with this easy-to-follow old-school, shimmy-all over, Temptation slide, freestylin', can't-touch-this, power groove workout. DVD extras include a 10-minute “I Want That Body Workout,” the choice of a ‘music only' session, and a rather pointless “photo gallery” of about a dozen Tamilee pics. Also available as a two-part series bundled with Fit to the Hits with Tamilee: Rock Hard Assets (VHS: $24.95 or DVD: $39.95), this is highly recommended. Aud: P. (N. Plympton)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
