Espousing the natural look, with a little artificial help in the proper areas, Henderson and her models demonstrate make-up techniques, with separate sections for eyes and lips; talk about hand and skin care, including nails; demonstrate safe hair washing and coloring techniques; offer simple do-anytime, anywhere exercises; walk through the ubiquitous relaxation exercise; and offer tips on low-budget yet fashionable fashion choices. Although the program is general enough for all viewers, Henderson's particular slant is toward tips for middle-aged women. If you don't already have enough programs in this area, Florence Henderson's Looking Great, Feeling Great is an excellent choice. Highly recommended. (Available from most distributors.)
