Certified personal trainer Mike Monroe walks Reece through warm-ups, mat work, lunges, lifts, kicks (encouraging your “inner Rockette”), stretches, squats, punches, and other exercise moves—using a resistance band, weights, and stability ball throughout—with careful attention to protecting the tummy area, maintaining good posture, and keeping an eye on one's heart rate. Reece and Monroe's teamwork and knowledgeable instruction combine to lend this nicely-produced program an in-home personal trainer vibe.
