Each section features warm-up and cool-down segments, with the first trimester instruction incorporating mat work, crunches, and dumbbells; the second trimester using an exercise ball; the third trimester focusing on belly breathing, upper body moves (using a sturdy wall for balance), and shoulder lifts; and the postnatal workout zeroing in on stretching and intensity.
