Yoga instructor and stress management guru Naomi Offner guides viewers through a calming series of yoga postures and breathing exercises in this stretch-a-long. Working with studio participants of different body types and ages, combined with varying skill levels, the program covers tightening and releasing the parts of the body--literally from eyebrows to toenails--teaching viewers to relax and tone without the burn. Instructor Offner stresses the importance of finding your comfort level and being aware of your own body language. The tape has a comfortable down-home feel to it, and though Offner doesn't herself seem completely relaxed in front of the camera, this no-frills program will be helpful to an audience who wouldn't be caught dead in a public class sticking their tongues out during facial stretches or slapping their skin awake while wiggling around in sweat pants or a pink leotard.
