Speaking of pointless exercise videos, Jugglercize opens with a brief pitch for the aerobic benefits of juggling, followed by the music video "Juggle Your Way to Health & Beauty," followed by ten songs which have nothing to do with exercise, but have appeared on previous Jugglebug productions. This is fun to watch, but only because it's basically a reprise of Juggletime (reviewed in our December, 1991 issue) and Juggling Star (reviewed in our July-August, 1992 issue). Had we seen neither of the above, we would be delighted by the songs on this tape ("Criss Cross Apple Sauce," "Reverse Cascade Polka," "Infinity Sign," etc.), though puzzled by their relation to exercise. If you don't already have Juggletime and Juggling Star, they are both highly recommended. Jugglercize, however, tries to go to the same well one too many times (and has little to do with exercise to boot). Not recommended. Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards.
