Like, helloooo! Don't you totally clueless people know anything about self-defense? Teenage sisters Tera and Megan Wright show us all the moves without breaking a sweat or a fingernail, and they're, like, amazingly awesome, too, as Tera shows us the straightforward punch, then Megan jumps in with the uppercut (in a kind of karate/boxing meld). On the first 18 minute video, the gals whip through about 30 moves and combinations so quickly that I couldn't remember how to do anything by the time I popped in the second 53 minute video featuring the aerobic kick boxing routine. Though cute in a valley girl kind of way, the Wrights could stand some improvement as instructors. Optional. Aud: P. (E. Druda)
