Power Workout starts with a warm-up of shoulder rolls and step-touch moves, before segueing into three solid 10-minute circuits that combine cardio and strength training with moves including grapevine, a “Yamaguchi” squat, hamstring curl, knee lifts, yoga poses such as plank and downward dog, lunges, and “Romanian deadlift”-inspired deltoid work. Some routines incorporate the use of weights and a mat for floorwork, and the program also includes a “From the Top” recap of moves, a segment for “Pecs and Core,” and a cool-down with stretching.
