The instructors demonstrate each segment with music, repeat guys' and gals' footwork individually four times, and then review what's been learned. Beginners will find this format and the pacing easy to master at home, while more advanced students will pick up a few tips on the intricacies of both single and triple East Coast swing. A total of thirty-two steps are covered over the course of the two videos, and while the video and audio qualities are not always great, the instruction is good.
