Take it from a guy who spends a lot of time reading techno gobbledygook off a teleprompter when he's not writing these reviews though, Bill's kids have done good here. There's loads of simply presented browsing tips, a guide to customizing IE4, and an overview of the integrated mail program Outlook Express. You can learn just as much, just as quickly and even more ON the internet, of course, but what the heck. Novices to the WWW but not the VCR will appreciate the solid tour offered here. Recommended.
