Man-to-Man Offense & Fastbreak

One of a series of four basketball training videos featuring Coach Morgan Wootten--five time national championship winner, USA Today coach of the year, and National Basketball Hall of Fame inductee in 2000--Man-to Man Offense & Fastbreak is designed for coaches and parents working with players in the 10-18 age group. Featuring demonstrations of various offense setups (motion, flex, 2-3, Delaware, stack, and fastbreak), the program combines on-court instruction, diagramed explanations from the coach, and relevant drills that players can use to hone their skills and later apply them in a game situation. While many coaching tapes feature tips for beginning and younger players, this video is definitely geared toward more advanced team play and will provide terrific guidance for individual players who want to take their game to a higher level.
