Sara Kooperman is a hugely entertaining aerobic instructor and I mean that both figuratively and literally. She's nearly eight months pregnant, looks fabulous, and here takes viewers through a heck of a workout ("We're pregnant, we're not dead--let's go girls!"). Combining easy to follow and safe aerobic moves specifically designed for moms-to-be and new moms, Kooperman shows 'n tells us a story while we're exercising, with each fitness move pertaining to having a baby. Routines such as "pushing the stroller," "doing the laundry," "rocking the baby" and "getting the epidural" (yep!) will keep viewers in stitches as they work their way to a healthier body. And for internal toning (contraction/release) you've got to hand it to an instructor who tells us to do "power kegels," then delicately explains: "It's like your tampon is falling out and you're trying to lift it up." Right, we gotcha. Say no more. Two belly's up and strongly recommended for public libraries. Two other titles in the series are Pregnant Plunge: Aquatic Exercise for Pregnancy & Beyond and Toning Update. Aud: P (N. Plympton)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
