Nancy Nash is the host for this intermittently interesting trip down the Baja Transpeninsular Highway. The thousand-mile plus trip starts in Tijuana and ends in Cabo San Lucas. Along the way, the program points out key places to visit, talks with fellow travelers, and gains insights from two authors Tom Miller and Walt Peterson, who have both written Baja guidebooks. Peterson, in particular, is rather soft spoken, and extremely hard to understand sometimes when the wind is blowing or the waves are crashing during an interview. There are some beautiful sights in Baja, and videos on the subject are not exactly a dime a dozen. Still the so-so video quality and sometimes downright poor audio quality make this a marginal purchase at best. (Available from most distributors.)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
