Featuring six 15-minute workouts (with music by the classically styled Majors for Minors), this compilation—taught by personal trainer Patrea Aeschliman—incorporates yoga, Pilates, and stretching techniques, together with a variety of prenatal-friendly extras: a towel, light dumbbells, a resistance band, and medicine and exercise balls. Patrea's Prenatal Fitness for the Entire Body includes routines for “Get Your Belly Flat Again Torso Strengthening,” “Low Intensity Upper Body for Confident Posture,” “The Pilates Low Intensity Lower Body,” “High Energy Upper Body,” “High Energy Lower Body,” and the partner exercise “Gentle Stretching and Yoga.” Although Patrea doesn't exactly look as pregnant as she does on the box art, some of her helpers definitely do, so the moves appear to be well-suited for various stages of pregnancy. DVD extras include segments on the benefits of Kegel exercises and breastfeeding. Recommended. Aud: P. (J. Williams-Wood)

As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
