"Let all the tension in your feet just slowly drift out into the universe," says the voice-over narrator of this full-body mental massage. A little on the wiggy side, perhaps, but most of the commentary in Relaxing Journeys is down to earth, and the imagery of soothing mountain streams is definitely... well...relaxing. Strong production values and a pleasant soundtrack make this a good affordable addition to the relaxation/meditation genre. Recommended. Aud: P. (R. Pitman)
