If Letterman ever does a top ten list of "Videos Only Baby Boomers Would Buy," this would be a shoe-in (right after The Insider's Guide to Catching Fireflies). Viewers will get a leg up on using proper tools and equipment to create fine sandcastles with sculpted roof lines, windows, doors (even steps!) at the beach or in their own backyards (maybe the audience for this title doesn't want to ruin their docksiders by actually going to the beach). Oddly, the program omits the most important sandcastle secret--build when the tide is going OUT. Coastal libraries should strongly consider this; for others, an optional purchase. Aud: P. (J.
