Normally I get to review exercise tapes featuring women with perfect bodies, large white smiles, and way too much energy. Finally, a cute guy with a perfect body gets to workout in front of me (and, hey, I feel my energy returning and now the large white smile is mine). I really liked this tape--aside from the obvious reason--in which instructor Scott Cole leads viewers in a two-part workout, moving through a warm-up to lunges, kick-outs, and leg lifts, ending with a cool down and stretch. While there are no imaginative innovations here, this traditional, low impact workout should be effective for all fitness levels and features lots of reps and good solid advice, with diversionary chit chat to help ease the pain. Cole's partner, Bylle (yup, that's how she spells it) helps demonstrate the exercises and giggles at all of Scott's jokes while (thankfully) remaining in the background. Highly recommended. Aud: P.
