"Hey, babe!" Is this greeting friendly, harmless flirting? Or is it sexual harassment? Of course, context comes into play, but the bottom line is that it's really the recipient's call. While, that may sound like a very simplistic way of defining sexual harassment, this video, shot in the halls of several high schools, isn't aiming to give a psychological or legal profile. Instead, practical definitions and solutions are presented to help kids stop unwanted sexual behavior. At an age when one's sexuality is still in development, it's especially crucial to educate adolescents as to the harmful effects of harassment. Through on-the-spot interviews and three dramatic re-enactments of true stories, we see both male and female victims and abusers. Each scenario concerns a different situation, creative editing keeps the pace smooth, and the wide array of ethnicities and genders in the interviews keep the video relevant to a wide audience. The accompanying material is thoughtful and practical, with useful applications. Recommended. Aud: J, H, C. (E. Gieschen)
