Skydiving, which is officially defined as "an activity for people who are a few bricks shy of a load," is a popular sport that involves jumping out of an airplane several thousand feet above the Earth, falling at 120 m.p.h., and (after opening your parachute) floating harmlessly--in theory--to the ground. Cybele, an adult host, takes a group of kids around a skydiving facility named Skydive Arizona, and explains the sport, often like this: "and Skydive Arizona planes make up to 27 round trips a day." If that sounds like just a wee bit of promotion to you, well then both of us obviously have ears. Which is not to say that watching skydiving isn't fun--it often is--and the program includes many music-laden montages of people falling from the sky in various impressive patterns. I just think they could have toned down the "here at Skydive Arizona" hype a tad. An optional purchase. Aud: P. (R. Pitman)
