Child care experts Evonne Weinhaus and Karen Friedman want to help. Within the framework of a seminar, they act out (with the help of some parents) typical situations that try parents' patience, occasionally intercutting real filmed examples. I liked the practical tips offered here, which covered morning lethargy in kids, sibling fights, low self esteem, and defiance. And while some of the solutions seemed like they'd make too much work for the parent, overall the presentation was humorous, entertaining and extremely enlightened.
