It's certainly not true to say that if you've seen one exercise tape, you've seen them all. But this one comes pretty close to warranting that remark. Deborah Crocker, fitness expert, guides a group through a series of warm-up exercises, a high-impact aerobic workout, and a cool-down (in other words, your basic formula). One plus here is that during the high-impact workout, one couple performs a low-impact variation on the exercises that Deborah and company are doing. Exercise tapes tend to fall into two basic categories: 1) all exercise, no information; and 2) some exercise, some information. This program falls into category number one. If you need more exercise tapes, this one has high production standards, is fast-paced, and quite enthusiastic. The other titles in the Deborah Crocker Superbody series are: The Ultimate Low-Impact Aerobic Workout, Great Legs, and Firm & Trim. Recommended, where needed.
