Using the simple format of having a seasoned net surfer reveal the wonders of the net to a newbie, this short and information-lite intro points out some of the great things people can see and do on the Web (view paintings in the Louvre, shop for flowers, etc.). Unfortunately, besides being skimpy on really useful information, the format of two people talking to one another is boring and it makes the viewer feel left out. The Netcom web browser is heavily hawked on the packaging. Not recommended. Aud: P. (R. Pitman)

Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
