American Senior Fitness Personal Trainer Susan Tuttle guides viewers through this exercise program featuring two seated workout routines (using an armless chair) incorporating moves designed to help improve flexibility and coordination for people with limited movement capabilities. Set to bouncy music, both workouts in Chair Pilates use a lightweight play ball for additional toning, with the first workout including moves such as “play the bongs” and “strum the bass guitar,” along with marching, tapping heels, twists, arm and leg stretches, and rolling fingers, while the second workout ramps up the intensity with leg-lifts, flexes, and various other types of squeezing exercises. Also newly available in Susan Tuttle's In Home Fitness Series are Breath of Life Yoga and Standing Pilates. A safe, solid program for the target audience, this focused exercise title is recommended. Star Ratings
As of March 2022, Video Librarian has changed from a four-star rating system to a five-star one. This change allows our reviewers to have a wider range of critical viewpoints, as well as to synchronize with Google’s rating structure. This change affects all reviews from March 2022 onwards. All reviews from before this period will still retain their original rating. Future film submissions will be considered our new 1-5 star criteria.
